What is usually included
Requirements vary by employer, so the first step is always to check the panel your company has specified. A common pre-employment panel includes:
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Blood group and Rh factor
- Fasting blood sugar or HbA1c
- Liver function test
- Kidney function test
- Lipid profile
- Urine routine and microscopy
- Chest X-ray and vision or audiometry testing, where required

A note on scope: we are a pathology laboratory. We do not offer X-ray, audiometry or imaging of any kind, and we will tell you that upfront rather than take a booking we cannot complete. If your employer’s panel includes imaging, you will need it done separately — we can advise on what we can and cannot cover before you book.
For individuals
Bring or photograph the list your employer has given you. We will confirm which items we can run, what fasting is needed, and how quickly the report can be issued. Most panels are reported the same day or the next morning, and reports carry the lab’s ISO 9001:2015 certification, NABL recognition M(EL)T-03420, and the signature of a DNB-qualified pathologist.
If a specific report format is required, tell us at booking — it is easier to produce it correctly the first time than to reissue it.

For group bookings we can collect on site, so staff do not lose half a day travelling. That covers:

Do I need to fast?
Usually yes, 8 to 12 hours, because most pre-employment panels include fasting sugar and a lipid profile. Water is allowed. We confirm when you book.
Can the sample be collected at home?
Yes, free across Greater Noida West, if the panel is one we can complete without imaging.
Can you provide a fitness certificate?
A physician assessment is a separate service from laboratory testing. Tell us what your employer requires and we will be straightforward about what we can and cannot issue.
