Blood Test at Home in Greater Noida West — Free Home Sample Collection

Index Path Labs collects blood samples from your home across Gaur City and Greater Noida West, free of charge, seven days a week. A trained phlebotomist comes to you at a slot you choose, and most reports reach you the same day on WhatsApp. Call or WhatsApp 92665 69955 to book.

There is no visit charge, no minimum order on standard bookings, and no difference in price between a home collection and walking into the lab.

How booking works

  1. Tell us what you need. Call or WhatsApp with the test name, or just your prescription photographed. If you are not sure which test, say the symptoms and we will tell you what your doctor is likely to want.
  2. Pick a slot. Morning slots between 7 and 9 AM fill fastest because most fasting tests are collected early. Book the previous evening for a morning slot.
  3. We confirm on WhatsApp with the time window and anything you need to do beforehand, such as fasting.
  4. The phlebotomist arrives with sealed, single-use equipment and collects the sample at your door.
  5. The report reaches your WhatsApp, usually the same evening for a morning collection.

What happens during the visit

It takes about five minutes. The phlebotomist checks your name and the tests requested, labels the tubes in front of you, draws the sample, and applies a dressing. Tubes go into a temperature-controlled carrier and travel directly to our lab in Arza Square 2 — not to a hub, not via a series of other collections.

That directness matters more than it sounds. Several results degrade with time and temperature between collection and processing, which is why we run our own collection into our own laboratory rather than aggregating. We explain the detail on why sample handling decides accuracy.

Which tests can be collected at home

Almost all of them. Blood, urine and stool samples are routinely collected at home, including:

  • CBC, ESR and peripheral smear — see our guide to reading a CBC report
  • Blood sugar, fasting and post-prandial, and HbA1c
  • Thyroid profile, vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron studies
  • Liver and kidney function, lipid profile, urine routine
  • Dengue, typhoid, malaria and platelet monitoring through the monsoon
  • Full body checkup packages — both Index Extended and Index Comprehensive
  • ECG, using a portable machine brought to your home

A few specialised tests need lab collection for timing reasons, semen analysis being the main one. We will tell you at booking rather than after the visit.

Who uses it most

  • Elderly and bedridden patients, where the trip is the hard part. Mention it when booking so we allow extra time on the route.
  • Post-surgical and recovering patients, including daily platelet monitoring during dengue season.
  • Working families who would rather not lose a morning to a waiting room.
  • Anyone in Gaur City 1 — we are on the third floor of Arza Square 2, and home collection removes the lift and the stairs from the equation entirely.

Timings

Home collection runs seven days a week. The lab is open Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM. Call before 9 AM for same-day collection.

Frequently asked questions

Is home collection really free?

Yes, on standard test bookings across the areas listed above. There is no separate visit charge. For a single very low-value test, or an address well outside our regular route, we confirm any charge when you book — never at the door.

Do I need to fast?

Depends on the test. Fasting sugar, lipid profile and full body packages need 8 to 12 hours. CBC, thyroid, HbA1c, vitamin D and B12, dengue and typhoid do not. We tell you when confirming your slot, and our preparation FAQs cover it in detail.

Can I request a female phlebotomist?

Yes. Mention it when you book and we will arrange it.

How do I get the report?

As a PDF on WhatsApp to the number you booked from, usually the same day, and by email if you prefer. Printed copies are available at the lab. A free doctor consultation on the result is included with every test.

Do you need a doctor’s prescription?

Not for routine tests. A few specialised tests do need one, and we will tell you at booking.
