This rapid card panel screens for the NS1 antigen alongside IgM and IgG antibodies in a single run. Because it covers both the early antigen window and the later antibody window, it is a practical first look when the patient is unsure how many days the fever has been running.
Who should consider it
Households in Greater Noida West during monsoon when someone has fever with body ache and the family wants a fast initial answer. Your physician may follow up with an ELISA-based test for confirmation, since rapid cards are a screen rather than the final word.
