What happens to your sample

  1. Collection: at the lab or at home, with sterile, single-use equipment. Each tube is labelled with your details at the time of collection.
  2. Transport: home-collection samples come straight to our lab in Gaur City 1. Our collection area is close to the lab, so samples do not wait in a courier hub.
  3. Testing: routine tests are processed in-house at Aarza Square 2. A few specialised tests, such as the H1N1 RT-PCR swab, are arranged through a referral partner laboratory.
  4. Review: the report is reviewed by our pathologist before release.
  5. Delivery: the report reaches you on WhatsApp. Routine reports are usually ready within 4–6 hours of pickup.

Why sample handling matters

Many lab errors happen before the sample reaches the analyser: a delay, the wrong tube, or a sample left in the heat. Keeping collection and testing close together reduces those risks. Read more in why blood sample handling affects accuracy.
